At Ma Belle Queen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service via email. After this period, your order may have already been processed and can no longer be canceled. In this case, you can return the item upon receipt, in accordance with our return policy.

2. Our 30-Day Return Window

You may return purchased items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

All requests must be pre-registered and authorized by our customer service team.

  1. Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please email us at Contact@mabellequeen.com with your order number and clearly state whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange (including the new size/color/item needed).

  2. Receive Instructions & Label: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping Costs (Free Returns)

To align with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer free return shipping for all eligible returns:

5. Exchanges

If you request an exchange for a different size or color:

  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will process and ship the new requested item back to you.

  • The cost of shipping the new exchange item back to you will be covered by Ma Belle Queen.

6. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund for the purchase price will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.

7. Support Time and Customer Tickets

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, defective, or transit-damaged item:

  • Contact our support team immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with your order number, a description, and clear photographic evidence of the damage.

9. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges that comply with this policy.

10. Return Shipping Address

Please note: Do not ship products to us without an authorized RMA number.

The specific address and shipping instructions will be provided by our support team after you contact us and your return/exchange request is approved. This ensures your return is processed by the correct facility for the fastest refund or exchange.
