1. Overview
At Ma Belle Queen, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the key information regarding order processing, shipping times, and customer responsibilities once an order has been placed.
2. Order Processing and Cutoff
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 calendar days (Monday – Sunday) after payment has been successfully received.
The daily Order Cutoff Time is 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders placed after the 2:00 PM EST cutoff will be processed on the following calendar day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Times
Due to our careful processing and shipping from our logistics facilities, the total delivery time is estimated at 4 to 10 business days (Handling time + Transit time).
4. Shipping Origin and Carriers
All orders are processed by our dedicated logistics network and shipped for final delivery to the United States.
We partner with major shipping providers for final delivery, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier responsible for your specific package will be identified in your shipping confirmation email.
Taxes and Duties: The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all customs duties and import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price for your product. You will not be charged any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. All shipping costs are covered by Ma Belle Queen. You will never incur a charge for standard delivery.
6. Responsibility During Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, Ma Belle Queen is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during transit after the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered.”
If the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility passes to the customer.
Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly when placing your order. Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to avoid issues with lost or stolen packages.
7. Tracking Your Order
All shipments include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey in real time. Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after your order has been shipped.
