Item Condition: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items should be in new or lightly used condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, earrings) can only be returned if they are in their original sealed and unopened packaging. This information will be clearly indicated on the product page concerned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
•Free Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees 0$ for returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when you request a return. We will process the exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned item, subject to the availability of the new item.

Defective or Incorrect Items
